Only 21% of the surveyed audience admitted to any type of rehabilitative efforts.

Of the 79% not participating in rehab programs (including education) their main reasoning was: No incentive, or what’s the use, I still have to do this time… No rewards.

85% of the prisoners said they had a family member incarcerated at one time.

68% of the inmates said they had children between the ages of 12 & 17 years old.

23% said they had a child that was incarcerated or having trouble with the law.
